108 115 123 body parts exchange

I have a 1969 220D vin 115.115 I am looking for body parts.

I encountered a 1974 240D vin 115.118 at a local self service salvage yard. It looks like the same body, but I noticed that the front doors do not have the wing vents. it has the little triangle mirror mounts similar the the 123 body style.

Other than that the bodies look very similar.

Are the metal door panels the same? Are the trunk lids exchangeable? are the rear doors exchangable? What about the fenders?

Is a 123.123 (1980 240D) regarded as an "S class"

Does anybody need parts for a 108.016?

The 123 cars are NOT S-class.

your later 115 doors probably would fit on the 220D, but they do not have vent windows. Fenders would probably interchange, but bumpers are much different.
