Maybe those comments would be less repetitive if people quit repeating their denials that there is reason to believe that W lied. No need to admit that he lied, just admit that there is evidence to support the charge. That would be a start.

I wasn't aware that looking out for the life of American Soldiers who are going off to fight a battle that cannot be won and the deterioration of the U.S. Treasury because GWB has no way to pay for this conflict was a "leftie" position.

History repeats itself. You can't shove democracy down anybody's throat just because you are the BMOC.

Look up the definition of "conservative". Then tell me that I have a "liberal" position with regard to this conflict.

The tone of the response was because you insinuated that bernie could have had his sentence overturned if it was death, and you would have rather had a sure thing than risk another one running loose on appeal. This seemed kind of silly to me, because it is impossible that he would have ever been subject to the death penalty.

Well it appeared you asked for my personal feeling on it....and like I said...it was definately in conflict with what was legal as a sentance...even to a non-lawyer like myself.

THat guy ruined more lives than a drug dealer....but even I know if the judge would have gone overboard on a sentance the chance for a succsessful appeal goes up. Some things go without saying.

How is it inconsistant....as long as they did their job as they should do it....unlike a few off the wall judges...then I have no issues...

Heck I did a Lot of work for Clinton...most of his trips overseas in fact...I have an award on my wall at home I got from his people.

I hated the guy..but it never effected my doing my job as well as I have for Bush. Just for perspective.

My opinions have no bearing on my job....everyone gets treated equal.

you either support democracy there or you supported Saddams reign of terror.......there really is no middle ground. And what I find amazing is the amount of democrats who preffered to Keep a mass murderer in charge than have a democracy.
