anyone have a great margarita recipe?
I'd like to make margaritas but don't like the "ready-made" mixes that liquor stores sell. I'd really like to do frozen ones, but either would work.

2 oz. Cabo Wabo Reposado Tequila (or whatever you like)
2 oz. Lime Juice, freshly squeezed 1 oz. Cointreau (or Triple Sec) 1 oz. Damiana (can be eliminated as it's tough to find) Combine the ingredients in a shaker half filled with ice. Shake well. Strain into salt-rimmed martini glass. Goes great with tequila-lime ceviche and chips with guacamole.

1) Very good tequila - regular size bottle.
2) One can of beer. 3) One can of Sprite. 4) One can of frozen concentrate LimeAid Pour all contents into a large Ziploc bag, and put in freezer. The beer keeps it from freezing into a block of ice, but after a few hours they'll be very slushy. Drink. Simple.

Well I was out of Cabo Wabo Reposado, but I had a bottle of Patrón Añejo.
The ceviche and 'ritas were delightful.
