nifty tool for viewing eBay feedback

Those of you who buy or sell on eBay may find this tool to be useful when checking out the feedback of a prospective trading partner:

Negative/Neutral Feedback Tool

It allows one to view just the negative and neutral feedback left for a particular user, as well as any responses that said user has left in reply.

The usual caveats apply with respect to how useful or useless the eBay feedback system can be in evaluating a prospective trading partner, and I'm not particularly trying to launch a debate on that topic here. This is just a tool that makes it easier to get at some information one might wish to see.
