mother beat the ha!l out of me!

while the w202 snoozed inside the safefty of the garage,
mother nature beat the hail out of the truck in the driveway!

the hiway chips in the hood are now rather insignificant.
good new is: i get a new hood,
bad news is: its all total in the range of approx $3000
new hood, PDR on everything else. top, fender tops, paint, etc.
im pretty sure my comp deduct is probably 500, hopefully 250.

it hit here (atlanta) last nite about 7-PM, i knew it was bad.
approx quarter size here, lots of reports of golf ball size,
some reports a little further north of baseball size hail.
i didnt even look last nite, just waited until i went out today.
body/PDR shops were SLAMMED all over in NW metro ATL!



check the reflection on the tree, rather significant deflection.

all in all, i guess alot of folks got it worse than i did.
