Canadian Drug Import Question

Trying to help someone out here. Where would be a good place to start to import drugs for an elderly gentleman. I know there are thousands of places but I am not sure which ones are good and which are bad. Any one have any experience with canadian imports? Trying to save him a few bucks when his insurance runs out.
