Swollen glands...from wrestling?

In ourmartial arts class(Krav Maga) we have advanced to the point we are now grappling, trying for submission holds, etc....

Anyway, I got choked last night and tapped out. On the way home, I noticed my neck, to the left side of my throat swelled up to the size of a golf ball. Didn't hurt much yesterday, today it is sore like I got hit. I'm sure I got hit cause I have a little scratch.

Anyone ever experience this? Should I panic? I feel fine otherwise.
