Off subject - disableing EGR on a '94 F-150?
Anyone know if this is possible and how I would go about doing this?

I find the best way is to fabricate a metal plate to slip in at a connection to block the flow of gases.

Cool. Thanks, guys. I wasn't sure if just plugging it would have any poor effects on my engine. Man, this forum rocks. All morning I've been trying to find a Ford forum that is worth something, but they all suck! No one seems to know anything. This forum is where the info is.

Why would you want to disable the EGR system in the first place?
