Everyone must see this car...

Hello,

I'm sorry, but this car is just too different not to bring it up.

What I'd like to find out is was this car for a movie or did someone really have a need for this? I don't doubt the need is in the world somewhere, but on American streets? The thing I don't understand is if you go to all of these measures why not armor the car? Maybe it was a weight issue....

If anyone has information on this car I'd really like to hear it. Thanks.
