Well, if he didn't eat it live and it chewed thru the top part of the digestive track, there is only one way, isn't there? Another plug to NOT have socialized medicine. Can't figure out simple things. It can't swim up there and has no reason to be there so that kinda narrows down to human intervention, doesn't it?

Well with friends like that at least he had no enemies. I still cannot figure how an eel could be inserted in the anus. They are far from placid easily handled animals.. Perhaps the eel was imbibed as well.

Some lube and with a cooperative recipient, I would think it would be reasonably easy since they are not trying to be gentle or thread something in delicately. They probably rammed it before the eel has an idea of what is going on. It isn't the smartest creature, you know.

Medical literature, which covers examples of items retrieved from patients' rectums in extreme detail, has never recorded a case of an animal having been removed from a patient, nor of damage inflicted on a patient's insides due to rectal insertion of an animal.

Not anymore.

Edit: Is the eel considered an animal? I suppose technically it is.
