looking at the possibility of getting a 190E.. i've always thought they were a good looking car...

what can you tell me as i begin the search...

what year is best ??
what engine is best ??
what should i stay away from ??
what are common problems i should look for ??
generally speaking.. are they inexpense as compared to other MB's ??

lastly... i dont mind getting one with a few problems.. but is that something i should stay way from ?? i figured if i can find one with a solid interior and body.. engine should be the easy part.. but are there lurking electrical problems on these.. just looking to make the most educated decision possible
