Not sure about Le Bec-Fin but the last time I got White Castle burgers or mini-burgers, they were so greasy the wife said "Call the President. I think we solved the oil crisis!".

Some Philly people want to 'splain?

About 5 years ago, a friend and I inquired about franchising with them as there are none in Florida.

We were told that all of the stores are company owned(pretty sure) and that south florida was too far away from their distributors(positive).

Seems kinda odd that a large chain like that can't get their product out a little more.

I would have made a mint down here with all these transplanted northeners.

WCs need a bunch of stores with a distribution center, kind of an all or nothing deal, which makes it almost impossible for them to expand.

Next time you visit the west coast go to In-N-Out, and don't be shy about the number of patties to get on that burger. I think I did a 6x.
