Allright, I got hired 3 months at Farm&Fleet, along with a charatrer known as "Derrick"

We've got the same hire date, and job title... Carry out (garbage, dishes, carts, carryouts, and other pitty work)


He's a real prick. First off, he's lazy, and allways makes me finish his crap for him... He likes to take the "long route" with the cart pusher around the parking lot... And "chill" by the cardboard crusher.

But thats not all...

I was cleaning the bathroom, and he was in the supply closet. We got into an argument on who should clean what (womens bathroom vs mens). He ended up shoving me, so I shoved him back. He pushed me against the wall, and said dont ever argue with me again (or something like that) or I'll jack you in the face, dont think I wont, p****


A few weeks ago, I went to the store, and bought a toolbox for my truck when I was off... My mom was with me. The day after that, he called my mom a milf, and a few more comments on that subject. I told him to go to hell, and dont talk about my mom again. He said "or what, gonna rat on me, u nark" I went inside



Last friday, he wanted to borrow my truck. I said no way, why should I. He said he needed new tires for his car... I offered to let him pay for the tires, and I'd pick them up for him... He said he didnt want them to get stolen from the store, and we left it at that... Theres no way in hell he's driving anything of mine.


we were walking the garbage bins to the dumpster (big orange bins)... He asked me "are you gay" I paused, then said no... He said "i think your a ******, because a real man woulda said so sooner"

he's also called me a ****** a few other times...

What should I do? I know he'll know I turned him in, and he'll problelly screw with my car if he gets fired because of his behavior... We've got a meeting on thursday, for the carry outs evauluation.

I'm not sure what to do here. It really pisses me off. I consider it physical and sexual harrasment... I havent written down any dates or times, but I will start to, and mabey build a case against him? Either to management or a civil suit for a cease and desist order (or even a restraining order)

What are my options? Can somebody help me?

I want this to be taken care of, without having managment say you're both fired... I dont care about him, but I really dont want him to screw with my car (I will have comp on it, though... thats not the point)
