Watch repair recommendations
I know that a lot of us have good quality, complicated (in some cases) Swiss watches. I'm wondering where you guys take yours for service.
I have used Tourneau for service on my Breitlings. They sent them to the factory, but their prices were considerably better that anyone else I talked to. I will probably send my GP to Tradema in PA. They are the authorized US repair facility for Girard Perregeaux. They're also the same as RGM. RGM is their own brand. What experiences do the rest of you have with watch repair?

Always go to an authorized dealer
Go to an authorized dealer. If you have an expensive watch, you don't want sub standard parts to devalue it.
All the best

Yes definitly use an authorized dealer especially on that watch. By the way what model GP do you have? I am thinking of getting one of the new "1966" models in 18k gold with three hands and an automatic movement. Next time I get to Houston (nearest AD) I plan to look at them if in stock!
