Anyone pay attention to their salt intake?
In an effort to monitor my eating habits, I have started paying attention to the labels on food.
Man is there a lot of sodium in all the crap we eat. Smoked salmon, 2oz contains 28% of the recommended daily allowance? WTF???? I lived with my aunt who had high blood pressure for a couple of years and she cooked with no salt, so I have developed distaste for it. How about you guys?
