any dumb waiter experts out there?

now i know this is too simple to make jokes about. but a dumb waiter is an elevator for stuff like for a kitchen serving a room on another floor and so forth.

i have a need for one in the house i am building in which the entrance is 1.5 floor levels below the level of the kitchen and living area.

the house is sortof designed upside down to take advantage of a nice view out over lafayette from the top level. the downside is that you will have to carry groceries up that far. being a three bedroom home, there is potential for a fair amount of groceries to be generated.

so i figure a dumbwaiter will help sell the house....providing a solution to the actual problem and giving folks a neat gadget to talk about with their friends.

so anybody have some insights or companies to steer me toward?
