Mercedes wheels and toilet bolts

Hey fellas long time no, um, hear. I've got a couple of questions for y'all....

1. What's wrong with this picture?

It's a set of good condition bundt cakes for $10 each. Did I just get lucky or am I missing something?


2. Any tips for getting out excessively rusted toilet tank bolts? I will try to grab the middle of the bolt with a pair of "vise grips" and see if that helps/works. Whatever kind of bolt/screw head they had are long gone.
