Go outside and play!

I had an AM meeting, checking in here, now going out for the day.

It's friggin' beautiful weather. The most perfect day.

Walk the dogs then run around the lakes, here's Lake Harriet, 3 blocks from me.

It's good to be here!

It must be nice to live in a place where you can breathe the air. I have to take numerous antibiotics to ward off sinus infections and then put on my Haz-mat suit and respirator to go out and get the mail, afterwards taking a shower in a containment tent before re-entering my house.

Know what you mean. I'll be loading up the kayaks for a paddle either later this afternoon or tomorrow.

The weather here sucks today. Its cold, cloudy and rains every few minutes. Pretty windy too.

Sounds fun!

I used to do a lot of canoeing, in the Boundary Waters and farther north near Churchill, Manitoba. Maybe it's time to find a used Old Towne and get back at it. Plenty of rivers in our backyard...

Ahh, nice wind, 86 degrees, a G500, bottle of Gold Class, Bucket, Wash Mitten, Shammy, Iced Tea, and a hose.

Nice day to wash the G, and take her for spin to the grocery store. Grill a steak, and eat outside on the patio.

Ted, have you buckled down, and got a job yet? Or are you out playing with the Porsches in the S600?

Yard work off and on all day. Planted some birdhouse gourds and will plant okra tomorrow. Went to office to do some work.

Last week I had to change my login password then went out of town for most of the week. I have apparently forgotten my password because I got locked-out. Damn! I have to keep 6 passwords just for work and we're forbidden to write them down. Damn! They're on different cycles so it's a PITA to try to use the same password for all of them, which is forbidden anyway. Damn! So I use the same root mnemonic and shift a character here and there to generate 6 combinations and so forth, but then can't remember which variant is which. Damn! I could encrypt the password list, but then it would be on the computer that I can't log into without the password. Damn!

I came back home, fired-up the grill and slapped a bunch of hamburger patties, chicken legs & thighs, and pork chops over the coals. Gained manly dominance over already captured, dead meat and felt much better.

Hey Frank. Must be nice to have an open area to let the dogs run. You've got the whole friggin' desert! Tight quarters here in the city, poor pooches.

Mary and Blue get along really well. Fortunately Blue allows Mary to keep her dominant status, although as she ages and slows down, the dynamics could change.

Hey Bot!

Got a cellphone?

Choose a "name" that you can reference, then input the passwords in each separte area under the "name" - only put them in backwards or whatever way you need to remember the scramble/mix.

I've got pretty much the same scenario with multiple R/Cs and stations' computer terminals.

Hit a wall, call the "name" and reclaim your Password Superiority!

And it's not "written down" where the PW-Police can see it - it's in your cellphone and only you know the "mix" to recall.

As for the weather and what was done for the day...

Washed the Benz, picked up a few bismarks (creme & custard) for the wife, packed the Benz then headed over to AirFest...displayed the Benz (have pics of all the Club Members' Cars that showed up today - may post if I can figure how to do it...), performed some demented "anti-rain dance" to keep the drops from ruining the day - it worked (some fine mist drips for about 2 minutes...) OK, one of the pre-Blue Angels F-16 shows had a pilot "flame-out" about 300 feet over the runway, but he was able to "straighten it out" and land OK...some folks needed a change after watching that...then the show...

The Blue Angels did their thing...beautiful.

I'm just at a loss for words watching what they do...

Tomorrow is an earlier day...wife is needed in the Beer Tent at 0830 (Yes, it's served in Wisconsin that early...) so I'm going to be displaying "Fausta" a bit longer than today...

Come on over...Exit 2, I-90, on the Wisconsin side of the Mississippi River...

See ya'!

It's over 100 degrees here in Phoenix.

I don't want anyone telling *me* to go outside and play.

But what the heck, I already did today:

I've got a new toy, a Datsun 240Z (best Z car EVAR) which was dragged from a back yard and coerced into running recently. Hit the junkyard and the tire shop, acquired new (used) seats, louvers, and tires for her today. I want this Z to take its rightful place with the Benz and Audi on the street very soon, so hi-ho, it's off I go in the triple digit temps!
