I think he meant 500K, not 500SL...(sigh).

I like the VW Beetle in the background...although he probably has one of those fiberglass MB hoods on that too!

The sellers statement "spared no expense" is exaggerated. Looks like he took a can of black Krylon and touched up some of the engine parts 10 minutes before he shot the pic's.
