Guess this is a help plea
Have a W126 at a dealer in Moraga, CA. Dealer is @ss. Car needs to be taken to DAS in San Lorenzo (23m). The driver side window needs to be made operational for transport to load. Of course dealer doesn't own a screwdriver. If you have time and can do this I will compensate. The windows were operational 3 weeks ago - now they are not.
Just two things need to be done
1. Drive window go up and down - whatever it takes
2. Deliver to DAS in San Lorenzo

As soon as practical. My biggest concern is the D A started fiddling around with the door panel and he making a bigger mess out of things than is necessary. To give you an example of this persons level of mentality. He suggested that he take the window out and transport it to MS - as he felt it would not encounter any rain in transit. Dealer (wholesaler) is a nice guy but doesn't have any common sense.
