Ah, the Emirates Volkswagen.

Most of them are sold in Dubai.

But it must have been fun to take it out. (You did, didn't you?) Riotously wicked good fun. Burn up a whole tank of gas in 12 minutes.

407KPH, 253 mph will really searate your retinas!!!!

Someone moved it into the garage. I'm guessing it wasn't pushed.

Man, that is awesome. What a piece of engineering.

The Top Gear episode featuring the Bugatti is a must, if you guys haven't yet seen it. YouTube has it.

Yeah, we fired it up and moved it around a couple times, but the owner was going to take us for a test drive but the check engine light came on a few days ago and he is afraid to drive it till they send a specialist in to look at it.

They checked codes via the internet and tapped into the onboard computer and said he must have had bad fuel.
that's what they always say, but the owner said it was running very poorly and backfiring, so bad fuel may be a possibility.

The car ran very smooth while we were there, but no test drive for us.

Very cool. Can't do much with it speed-wise, unless you have enough time to take it to the track. As mentioned, you need to live in the UAE or Saudi Arabia and tear up the roads.

Does that fifth picture show a carbon fiber clad undercarriage? That's what it looks like. Wow! I'd love to just hear that thing fired up once. Thanks for posting the pictures. What a treat.

No trunk space, though. Pffft!

He had it on a runway in france.
They took it up to 250 MPH and braked hard with no hands on the steering wheel.
The car came to a coplete stop in less than ten seconds and the steering wheel did not flutter a bit and the car did not move left or right.

It's limited to 250 mph due to the tires it has on it.

Another interesting note is the key.
It looks similar to a flip blade mercedes key, but is covered in matching interior leather and surrounded by sterling silver.
To replace a key cost $5000.00 U.S. dollars.

The owner seriously wants to drive it daily...God bless him.

As far as taking the car apart, no sweat.
Been doing it for a long time on exotics and to me they are all just nuts and bolts.
You just have to plan each move ahead of time, be patient, and you will never scratch a thing.

Yes,
It's one big, solid panel made of carbon fiber.

My brother in law (white T-shirt), took a short video of it idling and flogged the gas pedal once.
I'll have to get him to send me a link to it.
