What to get the wife for Christmas?

How about some Sterling Silver? Candlesticks, Candelabra's, sculptures, spoons. It's a great investment with silver prices projected to sky rocket. Precious Metals,,, If she puts up with your "tinkering" on the Benz (Specially us Diesel heads,,,) maybe a little extra present to make the home look a litlte better might be in order,,, you'd be surprised how many times such an "expensive" present can be brought up when buying that pristine wood trim that your "Other Girl" needs.

I just so happen to have quite a collection of Sterling items available go figure,,, most under a hundred bucks,,,

A small token to pay to get those few extra hours a week working with your Mercedes mistress.

Sure, it will go swell with the harpsichord, powdered wigs and snuff boxes . . .

Some skates and I'll teach her to skate! This is Minnesota after all, skating and hockey is in our blood.

If I was married I'd get her a new fishing rod or Mossberg.

Get your mind out of the gutter! This way his wife can buff his MB out for him as he sits around drinking beer with his friends.

Around here, aluminum is the “precious metal”, not silver or gold.

Speaking of beer, why dont you need a beer bottle opener? Because you wife should bring it to you already opened. HAHA. J./k Im not married, so I cant get trouble (yet) for saying those things.

But in all seriousness. Any jewelry or shoes usually is a good present. Provided you have decient taste in the above. I got my girlfriend a hot water dispenser (loves hot tea) from Zojirushi (Zutto) and a Zojirushi Rice maker, the one that does cheese cakes too. But I already gave them to her. I cant hold back with suprises.

So I guess corded presents are good too.

Battery operated gizmos are good for portability. However, the battery wears down. There may be enough juice to get you started but you have to stop to change the batteries. Think of an anti-climax. Much less chance of electrical stuff having a blackout at the right time.
