Nuclear weapons secrets were stolen by Pakistan and other States from the US military and nuclear institutions in a nexus between the corrupt US officials and foreign agents. These US officials allowed the nuclear information to be cladestinely obtained by 'foreign agents' and then sold on to black market buyers, including Pakistan. The Turkish agents acted as conduits for Pakistan's ISI.
