Truck won't start. Please Help.

Hi, I have posted this on a chevy truck forum without any response. I have a 1996 Chevy K1500 with a 5.7. I did some work that required removing the heads and I also replaced the timing chain/sprockets. I started the truck up a few times. But it was hard to start and it did not run 100%. Now the truck won't start. I am not getting any spark from the coil wire to the dist. Also there are 3 codes P106 & P108 both associated with the MAP and P1345 cam/crank not in sync. These codes came in when the motor was running. When I align the marks up on the balancer/timing cover the rotor is pointing right at the #1 cyn. The dist. is nice and tight and when cranking the rotor does not wobble. I tested the coil and it pass the 3 test thats in the manual. I have also replaced the ign. mod. the reluctor module in the dist. (I think thats what it is called) and also the crank position sensor. All fuses also checked OK. Any suggestions.
Thanks in Advance
Mike

It sounds to me like the error code is indicating that the cam/crankshaft timing is off - are you sure you got that new timing chain installed right? Another possibility is that the crank sensor is defective or not installed correctly. Ditto for the cam sensor. Bear in mind that my most recent Chev product is an '88, so I'm only guessing. But, you'll have to pull the timing chain cover to verify the cam timing.
