Ralph Nader rides again!

I heard on the radio that Nader is going to run again as an independent.

What a loser.

I am confident he will be well funded by the right.

Puttin THAT guy up? Ewwwwww, that's really scraping the bottom of the barrel; I doubt he could even get elected dogcatcher in some place like Loose Gravel, Arkansas.:P

Perhaps they are behind it; they certainly appear demoralized, disorganized and discredited, (yet unrepentant) and their opponents THIS time probably are on the lookout for more Swiftboating from them, those people are still around.

Bush appointed one of their chief fundraisers as Ambassador to Belgium or something.

Good for him. Votes he wins are votes the other parties couldn't. Kind of the point of democracy.

PaulC 02-24-2008 11:23 PM

Ah, the spoiler returns. Hilliary may have a chance after all.

LaRondo 02-25-2008 12:09 AM

Right. What's that all about?
The primaries are almost over and now the clowns show up?

How would he help Hillary?

He's a member of the Green Party, doesn't matter what happens with the Dems.

He's CT's once-beloved son (until he played the part of Democratic Ross Perot, now he's generally villified by them) so we have to hear every little thing he does.

Pencil in McCain now.

If Nader rides again, hopefully it will be in a Corvair with underinflated tires.

"....and now the clowns show up." The clowns have always been around. I remember Nadar's Radars.

If a person qualifies to be placed on the ballots in the states . . . what's the big deal that he or she isn't in one of the two parties? The two party mentality can stand to be shaken up a bit, no?

Ha!

I like the concept of third parties. The reality of Nader is that he has no chance to do anything except acting as a spoiler.

Same with Ron Paul. I expect you'll be posting a diatribe opposing his candidacy forthwith.

t walgamuth 02-25-2008 06:38 PM

Not at all. I think all republicans should vote for him!

B....you call this a diatribe?
