I found a Washington Mint 16 Troy ounce silver bar today and am trying to assess the value. I know its not much but ePray selling prices are buy it now with no real bids comp the value.

I'm puzzled because $20 certificates seem to be worth more than a $1000 certificate with more weight.

Is the currency stamp meaningless?
