Anyone have a recommendation for nice bath towels?

I was just thinking the other day that it would be nice to have a set of really nice towels. Seems like when they're new, they feel kind of nice but they always get scratchy after about a year.

Is there a premium towel that keeps it's softness? I have some super soft micro fiber towels for waxing the car, does anyone make micro fiber bath towels?
