The big accomplishment is that you helped her get important skills that she can use ina variety of situations and also, not be swindled by fast-talking salespeople.

There's a place in Toronto called Ms Lube by Mechanachick. About seven women work there all of them fairly young. I've done some biz with them but have not met any of them yet.
They work on mostly old cars and really do seem to know their stuff.
