Now what about the people He sent to hell? Is it possible to love someone and send them to hell for eternity?

Christian God
A magical creature that lives in the clouds.
Who only wants us to live by the 10 commandments.
So we can go to heaven.
But if we break one of them.
He sends us to the hell he created to be tortured, and burned in a pit of fire, and punished for ever and ever and ever, untill the end of time.

But he loves us !

I hope George Carlin tried to find out the real truth before he died .

2Peter 3:9The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.

I can sum up both side's arguments with this phrase I coined and live be..."That which cannot be explained by science is faith, that which has been proven is fact"

Science will always beg to ask the question of why? Why do things work a certain way...Why were we designed the way we were?

Until these questions, and many others like them are answered, there will always be faith in a more powerful being than man.

Science and Faith can work hand in hand...once the answers are found.

Rom 14:11....... For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God....... :D

Or false.

Really? How do you know this? You know every promise he has ever made and kept? How?

Sure. What else verifies that besides itself? I can write a book that verifies itself. In that book, 2+2 is whatever I want it to be.

He did.

Never bought an ounce of the church nuttiness...

And hopefully I never fall into the pit of fear either.

Dont you think it a little odd that they try and save you from the fear they create ???

What a racket...

He will do better than that....One day you will stand before him...and state your case.....;)

Rev 20:10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night forever and ever

Rev 20:11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.

Rev 20:12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life:and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.

Rev 20:13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.

Rev 20:14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.

Rev 20:15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

Startlingly similar to man-induced global warming.

Or one day I might just die and there is nothing or there might be something else totally different. Sorry, using scripture to justify scripture is pretty much on the same lines as me writing a book which justifies whatever it wants using what it said before or later.

Yes it is. Both are religions. Both require a leap of faith.
