1995 E320 Wagon Vibrates

Hello I have a 95 E320 wagon. I've changed the spark plugs and wires and it still vibrates when I start it afterwards I put it in reverse or forward. Once I start driving everything is ok until I stop at a red light and does the same thing. Any ideas? I also have a leak coming in on the rear window on both sides of the rear quarter panel. I put window seal that didn't work.

What would a window leak have to do with vibrations?

Have you changed your motor mounts? That would create a vibration at idle. You're also posting in the wrong section.
