Exactement,particulary in a free market capitalist society where those childish concepts of ethics and responsibility are consistently undermined by our guiding lights of finance and politics.

I completely agree. Regulation is vitally important to keep the wolves from getting among the flock. My problem with government is the shift from regulating business to deciding business outcomes -- who wins & who loses. Like this freaking bail-out crap.

Even worse is when the gov has a stake in the outcome. How can it fairly regulate that in which it has a vested interest?
