Do people not know how to read?
I put an ad on craigslist selling my broken iPhone.
In the description, I wrote that the screen is broken, the case has a flat spot, and that it does not power on. Over half the emails I received asked is it works, and is there is any damage... WTF? Do people seriously not know how to read?

Most likely people do a search for "Iphone". Yours comes up as the cheapest so they send you generic questions.

Get used to it. eBay's not much better; I ran a pair of nice hiking boots through recently, and the same guy asked three times what width they were. Not only was it in the item description, but I also answered him each time. The last time he asked, I finally replied "same as last last time you asked -- medium width."

I have the same problem, and I get 3 or 4 people ask the same questions at the same time, then respond to them, and never hear from them again, until I repost the item when the add expires, then the same people ask the same questions again. A lot of times it is the same people asking the same questions on everything I sell
 . Then I have this one lady who tells me I can't sell some of my stuff, because some mother and child can hurt themselves on the items

And have you noticed how a lot of people are pridefull of their ignorance ?
And scornfull of intelligence ? ....................... I usually only give an email address in a craigslist add. That way I can easily sift thru all the responses and pick and choose who I sell stuff to. But giving a phone number works well for quick sales.
