Obviously he has something to hide- it may not be that the issue we are talking about. What is the down side to actually taking out the real birth certificate and saying her it is now shut up? OK. Lets see what we have here. There is some doubt that Obama is born on US Soil which makes him ineligible to run for Prez. IIRC, there was a legal issue raised BEFORE he became Prez. Also, IIRC, that hurdle was cleared. SO, unless someone can prove otherwise, that judgment should stand, right? So where is the issue? I understand why there is some quarrel still. After all, even when the Supreme Court cleared Bush in 00, there were some on the other side that were upset and claimed that the election was stolen. This leads me to believe that people on BOTH sides only respect the court decisions when it suits them. That said, IF Obama runs in 12 for re-election, wouldn't that be a good time to bring it up again?

Obama's birth certificate has been shown to a number of people, a fact that has been posted numerous times in this thread. No one is going to show this document to you; but those who have examined it have declared it to be authentic.

How is that any different from people still saying to this day that the SC stole the election? They were not happy at the results so they keep harping on that Bush was not the legitimate Prez. People on the other side of the issue are still not happy that Obama got to be the next Prez and they won't be happy either way.

No one has seen the document due to a law suit. Every suit filed has been thrown out. You would do yourself and the rest of us a huge favor by acquainting yourself with the facts.

Simple answer, he is the President of the United States, duly elected by citizens of the US and sworn to uphold the Constitution. There's likely a list of very important things to accomplish, and attempting to satisfy the misguided beliefs of those whose real interest is not the truth, but the belief that there is some vast lie at work, probably isn't very high on the list.

Where are his records from Occidental College? Why did his lawyers have to bend over backwards to block people from seeing them? He was on a scholarship there, yet he only mentions his time there in his book briefly. What kind of scholarship was it, and why does the college block his records from becoming public? Again quite fishy. Why has he refused to release his transcripts from Columbia? More fishy stuff.
