A local man discovered he had had too much to drink while away from home with his nine year old so naturally he strapped her in the driver's seat and told her to drive home.

A sharp eyed person noted her driving the mini van and called the police who arrested the father and are charging him with criminal neglect.

It should be interesting if it hits the same court where a local man got sixty days in the slammer for running over ducks in the park.....then another thirty days for contempt of court when he loudly protested the verdict in the courtroom....
