No where did I read anything about "funding" - "promote" does not mean "manage" or "take over" or "replace" ...

But, like the bill, anyone can read whatever they want into it...it's not staying in this "version" for the long haul anyways...it will be "committee'd" and finally blended into the House/Senate versions for "O" to sign...

Let's wait until the "O-Care" starts on its merry way to our local health-stop...then we can get our knickers-in-a-twist at that time!!! :thumbup1:

You won't read about "funding" for defense in the Preamble either.

"...provide for the common defense..." pretty much covers that point...

Wrong.
I posted the Preamble in response to this post. I never claimed the g'ment should provide funding for healthcare. But the fact is the g'ment does fund a considerable amount of healthcare.

"Someone point to the part of the Constitution that states Americans are guaranteed health care, cheap or otherwise.

And someone point to the part of the Constitution that states that the Constitution applies to non-citizens."

16 posts on the thread and a refusal to stop the trolling. Your position can easily be summarized as "the government sucks". Next time, save yourself, and readership the necessity of reading your drivel and simply post "the government sucks".

Can't say you weren't warned...........
