You just gotta love this forum's diversity, makes asking about stuff like this reasonable.

I'll be in the El Paso area, and get 4 days off. Need to stay within around 6 hours (by car) of El Paso...
Phoenix, Tucson, Roswell, Silver City, Albuquerque, or Santa Fe are the bigger cities around my travel distance.

Jw if anyone has any good ideas for a fun 3 to 4 days for a young couple to see some cool sights, and not get mugged, for a small getaway. Like outdoors, but not exactly setup for a nature hike... Love historical sites and other scenic stuff. She wants to shop a little bit, a cool mall or something would be sweet. A good amusement park would be awesome too. A decent hotel is a must (although a night in a rental car sounds fun)

Anyways, the trip needs to be to a decently safe stuff (no cool abandoned houses in the ghetto, as much fun as that sounds) Nothing too expensive, and some fun stuff too.

Any Ideas? Post it up, I'd love to hear some feedback.
