New Health care bill and landlords...

Heard a rumor tonight at a get togther that the new Healthcare bill may have 'some' effect on rentals owners... anyone have anymore information on that?!

Is there a summary of the heathcare bill that a 'mere mortal' could read in a couple of hours without the need to digest 2000+ pages of text?!
