Its a 92 s420.

Over 200k on the clock, need upper engine harness, maybe ECU.

Po put a used trans in the car, and the car never started since.

Little/ no rust, but a poor respray paint job.

Interior is decent.

No, unless it was for a parts car.

No -unless as stated above. Very easy to get way backwards in a W140

DieselPaul 06-01-2010 01:02 PM

Do you have another W140? If not, no.

I would buy it to part out.

Could double or triple your money.

I would not buy it to make into a daily driver.

Thats my vote too....

LUVMBDiesels 06-01-2010 02:38 PM

Yep, part it out and get the $$

Seems unanimous - no way should you get it to fix it. Of course we have all doe that kind of thing before :D

lorainfurniture 06-01-2010 02:42 PM

Would anybody have any interest in buying it? Im not interested in another project or parts car, I was thinking it might be an easy fix. (engine harness) From what I gather from the search function, This car will bankrupt me..

If anybody has any interest let me know, he wants the car gone.....

alabbasi 06-01-2010 02:45 PM

Buy it, tinker with it, if you can't make it right, part it out.
