We have a 4+ foot long bale spike (hydraulic. used to pick up 1200lb round hay bales) on the back of our Dodge 2500 4x4.

Any time someone decides to tailgate me, I just hit the switch to lower it and suddenly there’s plenty of space between us.

I’m thinking Randy has probably done the same.

No bale spear on the truck but it does have a rather formidable 2 5/16" ball sticking out of a receiver hitch back there.
