Listing ended.

Look at this:http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Pontiac-Firebird-Restored-Pontiac-Firebird-Over-16-000-Invested-Only-2200-miles-/330498529737?pt=US_Cars_Trucks&hash=item4cf33f59c9

2,200 miles... OH on the motor. KITT interior? Oh, no thats just what is possible. Restored? Doesn't that imply back to stock and nearly perfect?

Guys are a bunch of clowns.

"The orignal motor was tune port injection. The new motor was redone with a carborator for better performance as well as better reliability."

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!

I don't understand the reference to Knight Rider. At a glance the car may remind you of the original but that is where it stops. I always love it when they have the "breaks" redone.

I emailed this guy through Ebay the other day and asked if he had any documentation or certifications of the armor on the Benz.

I want an armored car so badly just so I can say I have one!

Have you guys seen the youtube video of the Mercedes Benz Pullman Guard? I think it would be such a cool advertisement to have a guy with a rocket launcher blow up other cars and then hit the Benz. Then have it drive off :D

Sounds the like tools on the Fiero forum, since they can't wire they put carbs on everything and say **** like "I can go from MPG to Race mode with the twist of a screw driver"

Yeah well, that's what you get if you don't keep the brakes maintained!:D

Ya gotta keep fixing the broken parts.

Hello and thank you for the reply.

I just approached the SELLER and told him your response. He is looking into it right now. We are gonna demand some type of paperwork on the vehicle showing information that the vehicle was armoured.

Feel free to call me at 401-487-XXXX.

Again, I appreciate your criticism.

Sad to say, but 80s vintage fuel injection is just crap. especially on a 'merican car. I can actually understand why they would go back to a carburetor.... I wouldn't call it a race feature. but for the simplicity of tuning, and the fact that a lot of the injection systems at this point might in complete disrepair thanks to age... also have to take into effect who is working on these cars... some guy with a carb under his work bench, in a barn somewhere.

If you really had a love for and 80s American car then you should install a modern fuel injection system and get more HP and still pass emissions, especially for people like me in California. Ether that or go back to working on your 68 Camero and its carbureted engine... I bet it runs good and is not bastardized.
