My neighbor has one...
The only time he could not drive in winter was when we had 18 inches last Xmas. He tried to but ended up high centered at the end of his driveway.
We "borrowed" a bobcat from a job site around the corner and rescued him. The 'Cat was able to ride on the snowpack with the rubber tank tread belts on the wheels. glad I kept that ring of machine master keys!
