1997 S420 DONATED

Client gives me a slip from a charity that sold his donated 1997 S420 for $1,450. He bought it Dealer used Starmark in 2001 with 45,500 miles on the odo. H/W are both 90 yrs old & downsizing to one car.

Question: did he get jobbed by the quick flip by the charity? Seems kinda low to me, but what do I know. I'm sure he took care of it.
Maybe it was the color...brown.
