PCI express video cards

I'm looking for a video card that supports 2 DVI monitors but that looks to be a feature of high-end cards that cost more than I want to spend on a video card for work. No games or movies or graphics intensive applications. And I don't want to upgrade the power supply. Lots of affordable video cards have a DVI port and a VGA port. Can I assume such a video card will support one of each monitor simultaneously? Any recommendations for a budget video card that will support two monitors? Is there an option to drive one monitor off the PC's built-in video card? It's a Dell Vostro 200 coming on 4 years in service.
