I posted a thread a month ago about what is the original colour paint is called on the 15 rims that came on the w126's and others in the late 80's. Everyone told me it is metallic silver, so does it matter what company of paint I get, as long as its for wheels and metallic silver?
I really need help on this because I want to do the rims soon now on my spring break and so, I am trying to get things prepared. I have done this already last year to the rims with aluminum paint that was silver and the wheels turned out too dark! Was it maybe because the paint was for aluminum heads on engines? ![]() ![]() ![]()
