Just play it behind a picture (as in powerpoint) and export or convert it to a movie format, then upload it to youtube and link it. I don't think the site supports any multimedia stuff, just picture formats and some documents.
Easier, if you have a phone that captures video with sound, just record it and upload that video to YT.
