'89 420 sel gas. Trans fluid leaked out.

Hell,
Please advise me on what to do about all the transmission fluid leaking out of my 89 420 sel. It has 165,000 miles and was serviced regularly. The engine runs strong.
Reverse was jumping a little before that.
