Howdy Snibble,
A Saluki is a sighthound, which means it hunts by sight. Then it runs after the game and brings it down. Their orgin is the Middle East. They are the oldest domesticated breed in the world. The people who own Afghan Hounds like to argue that Another name for them is Gazelle Hound because that was one of the animals they would hunt. Here is a website of a friend with some pics. Enjoy!¡
