I feel horrible for the little girl who died and the little boy who will have to live the rest of his life knowing that he killed his sister.

The parent on the other hand should be locked up for accessory to homicide as far as I am concerned. Going to let your kids use guns. Fine, no problem, But you dam well better make sure they are supervised and the guns are handled properly which obviously was not done in this case. The kids a minor. The parents are responsible for his actions.

The remaining brother should go to a family member or foster care.
