Jodi Arias affair

I'm in CA now, and it seems that half the people are talking about the verdict. Why is it such a big deal out here? Granted, it's upsetting that the man was killed, but this isn't the first or last time that a jealous person shot her lover. Also, what's up with the good state of Arizona taking ~5 years to try the lady?!

I barely heard about the case in NY, and good riddance.

Barely heard about the case in CA. Are you hanging out in the Valley?

I've been wondering the same thing. It was not really news around here. I did see where Dateline ID is going to do a show on the case tonight at 8 pm.

The press has to have diversions like this cold hearted witch. When they need to downplay other stories they just add more air time on nonsense like her.

There are plenty of great people in California, but there is no shortage of plastic, superficial folks there that eat up stuff like this. In my career I worked for a couple of California based companies, spent a lot of time there and got to know many Californians very well.

People from all over the world camped outside the courthouse waiting for the verdict. I kept wondering what they do with the rest of their lives. The case had everything. Sex tapes, a good looking killer, a supposedly guileless victim, she jumped on his back butt nekkid in the shower and stabbed him. What's not to like?
