When seconds count

The police are only minutes away.

Brutal New Jersey home invasion caught on video baby monitor | Fox News

Gun laws in New Jersey - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Dont give me any bull**** about this being made up Fox News stuff. real footage from a nanny cam.

If the victim had a gun, she could have punched this thug's ticket and waited for the cops to come bag & tag his sorry ass.

This logic doesn't apply here...

It's not all that hard to get a gun permit to purchase (and it's not needed if you buy at a gun-show out of state). Carry permits are hard to get, but since the poor lady was attacked in her living room, she wouldn't have needed a carry permit to defend herself.

Yeah, NJ has an assault weapon ban, but a normal revolver would have been sufficient in this case.

I saw that. I hope they find the guy and hang him by his nuts on a light pole at the town square.

Agreed. This happened a few miles from where I grew up. Not totally surprising since Millburn is about two miles from some pretty skeevy areas, but the guy still needs a good beating before he spends some serious jail time.

At least they will probably find the guy with that video. He should be killed but will not be. Theft to me is one thing but this is really serious in comparison.

No, the good beating needs to precede hanging him by his nuts from a lightpole at the town square.

I don't know how all of you can be so hard on the guy.

He probably was disadvantaged and came from a broken home and he's probably out of work because Bush destroyed the economy and he has no place to live because the financiers foreclosed on him. Can't you see that there was no alternative for him? How can it possibly be his fault?

Red face

Funny thing is that people and the media pretend to care and be shocked because it happened in a rich area. Yet if this happened two miles to the southeast in Irvington or Hillside, we wouldn't have even heard about it. Or if we did, it would have been a 10 second blurb on the evening news. Where's the hue and cry in places where this happens twice a day?
